Use of your Members Card(s)
You may use your Members card by presenting it for payment when making a purchase. This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for purchases only. Unused value stays on card and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Nonreturnable; not for resale.
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions, Dahlia Members Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash. Resale of Dahlia Members Cards is strictly prohibited.

Liability.
The balance on Dahlia Members Cards is solely the liability of Dahlia Mexican Kitchen.

Acceptance locations.
Unless other restrictions apply, Dahlia Members Cards may be used at any Dahlia Mexican Kitchen, Dahlia Mexican Inspired and for Añejo Members Card holders, Burgerten and ChickenToo.

Not for promotional use.
Dahlia Members Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities (including without limitation via websites, Internet advertisements, email, telemarketing, direct mail, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and radio and television broadcasts) without consent from Dahlia Mexican Kitchen. If you are ordering more than 10 cards, please email Clubcards@dahliamexicankitchen.com.

No affiliation with Dahlia Mexican Kitchen.
Use of Dahlia Mexican Kitchen’s name, logo, trade dress (including any image/likeness of the cards) or trademarks (or those of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) in connection with the purchase or use of Dahlia Members Cards is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the use of Dahlia Members Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, Dahlia Mexican Kitchen or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates is prohibited.

Compliance with laws.
By purchasing Dahlia Members Cards, you are certifying and representing to Dahlia Mexican Kitchen that the activities in connection with which the Dahlia Members Cards will be used will comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Dahlia Members Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers or Dahlia Mexican Kitchen.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card.
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Neither Dahlia Mexican Kitchen or its affilate Burgerten and Chickentoo shall have liability to you for (i) lost or stolen Dahlia Members Cards or (ii) use of any Dahlia Members Cards by third parties through use of your Dahlia Members Cards. You are solely responsible for keeping your Dahlia Members Cards safe and for any activity conducted on your Dahlia Members Cards.
